Yoga with Jennifer Lynn!

Sunday mornings are a good time to spend on yourself. I like to regroup with some sort of activity after a long week, and get ready for the new week ahead.

I have been blessed to know Jennifer Lynn for the last few years. She is such an amazing woman. Jennifer just has this light around her, she makes you feel great with just a simple hello. I love going to yoga class when Jennifer is teaching, although I haven't gone in a while, Jennifer's classes allow you to move at your own pace, pushing yourself if you feel good, and slow and deep stretching if that what your body needs.

I was honored when she allowed me and my camera into her studio to photograph her sunday morning class. If you are ever in Maui, and would love to join her yoga class, look her up.
